National Identification Number

My national identification number notification card has just arrived today. The number system has been a controversial issue in Japan. 

I think the system would simplifying administrative procedures. We wouldn't need to write many documents than before.

252 Billion Yen Stadium

The new National Stadium budget has estimated ¥252 billion. The cost is four times as expensive as Tokyo Sky Tree's building cost. That's totally insane. The government seems crazy. 

The new stadium should be more simple and user friendly facility. That would be the Japanese way.
