LDP Won the Election?

The voting was over and media said the Liberal Democratic Party, LDP, won the election, but is that true? 

The LDP has got 291 seats. Of course, it looks a complete victory, but they lost two seats compare to the previous one and the number of the seats of the Communist Party has increased almost tripled. 

I don't think The Communist Party gained popularity these days. Voters might simply disappeared in other opposition parties. I want these parties especially JDP to become mature political party. They were fighting each other in their parties. Ridiculous!
