Troubles in McDonald's

Recently, McDonald's in Japan has faced lots of troubles. Many foreign objects have been found its products. 

A friend of mine also has gotten into a trouble. He bought a double cheese burger and took it to his office. And then he found a cheese burger, not a double one. Poor my friend.
