Self-defense Force

Japan Self-defense Force, police, firefighters and Japan Coast Guard are saving lots of lives from flood disaster in Ibaraki. I really thank their works. You might watch their efforts on TV news shows. 

Some Japanese people strongly oppose Self-defense Force because Japan's constitution doesn't admit any military forces. They often call SDF as murder equipments. If they were in the situations like the floods, could they deny SDF's rescue?
