Second Quake

The second massive quake hit Kumamoto prefecture on Saturday. This time, at least 19 people were killed and many buildings have been damaged or destroyed.
SDF and others have rescued and helped the residents. As frequent aftershocks have been occurring, many people had to leave their houses.
There are some nuclear power plans in Kyushu area. Some of them are still working. They are obviously in danger now, so the power company should stop the plants and check if they have damages. It looks like they never learn from previous accidents.

Sendai Nuclear Plant to Restart

Kagoshima governor gave a final approval to resume Sendai Nuclear Power Plant in Kagoshima prefecture on Friday for the first time under Japan's new nuclear safety law. The new law was established after the 2011 massive earthquake and tsunami caused Fukusima Daiichi meltdown.
In my opinion, Japan should withdraw nuclear power generation as soon as possible. That is because no one can control nuclear fission and no one can handle nuclear wastes forever.
We shouldn't cast our responsibility to our children otherwise we would be called the destroyer of the earth.
There would be many resources for generate electricity without using nuclear plant or fossil fuels such as wind and solar power. Japanese government and scientists have to focus on to create such  alternative power generators.
