Russian Athlete Banned for Olympics

Russian track and field athletes won't participate Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro this year. The games will start next month.
The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) claimed that Russian authority lead doping to Russian athletes. They even swapped positive urine samples for clean ones to pass doping tests.
I'm really sorry for the athletes. I don't think that most of them can reject doping becaus of pressure from the government. Russian authorities should revival the facts to the world.

Bomb by Islamic State?

Britain and US authorities said that Russian aircraft crush was caused by Islamic State, but Russia denied that immediately.
Russian Air Force has been striking ISIS's territories. The bombing might be the revenge for the attacks. That means Putin's action caused the deaths of Russian people.

Russia Launches Cruise Missiles

Russia launched cruise missiles to Syria. The missiles were shot off from the Caspian Sea. That means the missiles flew over Iran and Iraq.
The United States claimed that some of the missiles crashed in Iran, but Russia and Iran denied it.
According to some articles, it is the first time Russia has used cruise missiles in combat. It seems that Russia wanted to show off their military equipments.

Syrian Civil War

The United States and Russia have criticized each other on the issue of Russia's air attacks on Syria. Russia helps Assad regime, but America and allies want to help anti government groups.
In the Arab Spring movements, militaries helped anti government side, but Syria's military has been supporting Assad regime. That's a big difference. To make things worse, even though there are lots of conflicts there, anti government side has ISIS. More over, secretary Ban lead the UN doesn't work well like other problems. Meanwhile, many citizens have been escaping from Syria as refugees.
This is the problem of Syrian people, but unless The U.S. and Russia reach an agreement on the issue, this civil war will never end. That's so sad.

The Political Hall of Shame

Japan's former Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama has visited in Crimea despite authoritie's warnings.
He said that the annexation of Crimea to Russia was peacefully and democratic way. He is such a fool. Most of the countries in the world criticized the annexation, but he approved that.
Japanese goverment and even Democratic Party of Japan condemned his visit to Crimea.
This isn't the first case of his foolish act. He once admitted China's claim to Senkaku islands. He was totally insane.
I don't think he knows how important position Japan's former Prime Minister is.
I don't want him to return to Japan again.

RT Anchor Resigned

An anchor person of RT news suddenly resigned from her company. She said in her news show that she was not able to work for RT because the company was under the control of Russian govrment. She was against Putin's military action to Ukraine.
I understand what she was saying but she definitely knew that Russian government has established RT. Why on earth she joined the company at first? Did she believe they had freedom of the press?
