Tokyo Marathon 2015

According to the Tokyo Marathon Foundation, 304,825 people have applied for Tokyo Marathon 2015, but only 28,400 runners can take part in the race. If you really want to participate the race, you need to donate 100,000 yen for charity's sake. 

I'm not really interested in running Tokyo Marathon, but if I could run the race, I might feel nice. That is because the streets for the marathon are usuall very busy, but runners can occupy the metropolitan roads only on that day.
