A Closed Market

A fishing market has just closed in my city and we have only one market here now. At first, the closed fishing market was the second largest fishing maker in Shimane prefecture. There have been lots of fishing boats, thousands of fishermen and buyers around the market many years ago, but fishing resources have been decreasing in recent several decades. As a result, many fishing companies have stopped operating. 

There are still some fishing boats which use the port next to the market. They have to bring the fish they catch to another market by truck. Old residents in the town might miss the lively old market.
