Japan's National Center Test has finished. Almost everyone who wants to enter a public university has to take the exams. The tests are criticized every year, and English is no exception.
I happened to find an English test for university in Finland. I was astounded at the volume and the level. It was 20 pages long. If I take the exam, I would need a week for solving and using a dictionary for that. And got an F, I think.
