Sales Taxes in Japan

Sales taxes in Japan have risen from 5% to 8% since April 1st. Some prices rose more than 3%. For example, the price of canned drinks sold in vending machines has risen from ¥120 to ¥130. That means rose by 9%, not 3%. Things like that. Our daily spending will tighten and I'm afraid that Japan's economy will go from bad to worse day by day.
