Japan's Lower House Election

I'm going to vote for the Lower House election today. December is one of the busiest months for many Japanese and the weather conditions are getting worse in wide area of Japan. And there are no good reason for the election, so I think it's a waste of tax money.
The media said that Japanese voters have to judge so called Abenomics. If Abe gets majority of the seats, he will rise the sales tax and the economy grows would fall again. I'm against the plan and I also oppose his nuclear policy. But on the other hand, I support him on some issues.
If only opposition leaders have the right views for Japan's future, I would be happy to chose one of them.
Who should I vote for this election?
