The number of tourists have been increasing recently. That is partly because more and more Japanese people are seeking something spiritual these days.
I have been visiting there once or twice every year. I really like strolling around the shrine. The place so familiar to me and heal my soul. I highly recommend you to visit Izumo Taisha.
