Speaking English

I went to my son's apartment to bring his shirts. While driving, I listened to an audiobook, "Tuesday's with Morrie". The narrator is the author Mitch Albom. I've read the book three times, so the story is familiar to me. 

I tried to speak like the narrator, but I couldn't. I think that was because my pronunciation wasn't good. If I pronounce correctly, I could speak like the author. I should be more carefully to pronounce while speaking English.
